What should I do while I await help?
1. Safety first!
If the water-damaged areas include electrical appliances, stay out of the world . Don’t risk electrocution.

2. Stop the flow of water!
If there’s a burst pipe, shut down the main . If there’s a roof or plumbing leak, put a bucket thereunder .

3. Salvage your property!
Remove light pieces of water-damaged furniture, keepsakes, electronics, and other belongings out of the trail of the water. Put aluminium foil under the legs of furniture you can’t move.

Can I restore water damage myself?

We don’t recommend DIY water cleanup, because:
